Floating Platform Bed™

The bed that began a business; our “Floating” Platform Bed™, so named because its deck appears to float when viewed from nearby.

 

With its soft, rounded edges and vertical lines, this bed is the embodiment of Cambridge mid-century modern; a contemporary alternative to traditional designs. Many customers have commented that our bed makes their bedrooms feel bigger.

 

Aesthetically, the bed’s recessed base produces a smaller footprint than traditional beds. Functionally, the vertical space that would otherwise be taken up by a box spring has been thoughtfully repurposed for storage.

 

Additionally, when paired with our drawers on casters (sold separately), you can achieve the organizational equivalent of two six-drawer dressers. Finally, a storage bed solution that doesn’t look like a large block.
