I am so glad I stopped in to buy a Gemini for the living room. Staff were superb, and I have no doubt that my new piece of furniture will last as long as my current, 1978 Bedworks double bed with drawers. It is rare to do business with such a long-lived, quality enterprise. Best for the future –
We have had the floating platform bed since 1982. It was a wedding gift from my parents. It has served us well... and will continue to do so, I believe. I love the simple, elegant design. Back today for a new mattress.
I bought 17 years ago. It's still very good. My children always want to get in the bed, but they don't want to go! They say, "Mom, can we switch beds?" Now I am getting one for my son.
I bought my first futon after my first year of my first real job; after the second year, I bought a platform bed – 25 years later, we're upgrading to a queen.
I bought my first futon here about 100 years ago! Served me well, as I am still standing. Keep up the good work selling these great beds, couches, etc... Glad to see a good place still here! Good luck!
I'm here for the first time since '82. Bought the East/West king-size futon, and it has lasted till 2005. Great work!
Our three daughters all had Bedworks platform beds that are still in use today – 35 years later. I have made dozens of moves with them, as they moved to and from schools and apartments around the area. We also have a futon/couch of yours for over 15 years that is an additional guest bed, that serves us well. Thank you for all these years of service your products have provided. Somerville, MA
At age 60, I am buying my 3rd generation of Bedworks furniture – a platform bed, just out of grad school, a futon couch when our daughter quit kicking the furniture, and now a memory foam mattress for my somewhat creaky body.
We have purchased 3 futons here, and they are extraordinarily wonderful. We are extremely happy with the look of the furniture and with the comfort provided. Great, great products, and excellent delivery, installation, and sales people.
Thanks so much! I was looking for a portable frame after my 4th move. I had a bed frame that served me ok, but it wouldn't fit getting out of my third-floor walkup. We cranked it up there by hand, but we weren't getting it out that way. We tossed it off the back porch, and it exploded into a million splinters. The next day, I started looking for a bed that would move with me and came to Bedworks. I'm super excited, thanks again!
Wish I could purchase more frames, futons, and covers more frequently – but your products are so well made – they last eons! Single frame is 28 years old, beds and futons, 14 years, queen frame, 20 years, queen futon, 5 years! Many Thanks!
Just completed our first move with our beloved platform bed from Bedworks, and it could not have been easier. You guys are great!
I've had persistent back pain for nearly five years. Your high-density foam mattress is one of the only things that affords me relief and comfort. In fact, I can't stand to sleep on anything else! Thanks for everything! You guys are invaluable! Best, J. P.
Came in today to refresh my cover design for the futon I bought here in 2008! Still working great as the couch, extra bed, etc. for the apartment! Thanks so much for the great product.
Back for another bed and frame – 3rd frame for a futon we bought many years ago, and that we still use!
I bought my Queen bed in 1986. Twenty-five years later, I've returned to buy my daughter her first new bed! Thanks. Brookline St. Cambridge
Bought an all-cotton, Queen futon 3 years ago to take camping, and am back for a second one!
10 years ago, I bought a platform bed, and I am back looking for anything interesting. Great place!
I have a vintage 1982 oak platform bed. It's still attractive, functional, and used in a guest room. I now want 2 queens for my weekend house.
Greetings from the girl in the Japanese Girl Scouts shirt. 🙂 You sold me a great futon. My purchase was relatively small, but you treated me like a valued customer, and I'll definitely come back if I need another one. I'll recommend you to everyone. Thank you again.
Bought futon beds in 1987 – still going strong – everyone who sleeps on them raves the next a.m. at the night's sleep and comfort.
I bought a platform bed in Sep. 1984, and have been very happy with your excellent products. Nowadays, most companies produce that fall apart in a certain amount of time – it is really great that you have chosen to continue to manufacture really fine, quality beds. Congratulations!
We bought our first futon in 1986 – since then, we have bought a dozen or so – we are very happy with Bedworks' quality and service.
Bought a futon in 1978, a platform in 1980, and now 31 years later we're back for a sofa-bed frame. See you again... soon?
The perfect marriage between form and function, and a fine balance between contemporary yet classic design.
Marriage #1 - 2 futons in 1978. Another for daughter #1 in 2004 – yet another in 2011! Don't ever leave us, Bedworks!
I have a full size futon that I bought here 20 years ago. It is still in perfect shape and we love it!
We purchased our cherry frame more than 15 years ago. It has held up, and we love it. Harvard, MA
